On Thursday, after finals (aced them!) we met our professor from Cal State at Plaza Mayor for a LONG walk to our celebration dinner near VallSur...the furtherst south I've ever walked in Valladolid. But it was SO worth it. The restaurant was an all you can eat buffet with EVERYTHING! It was delicious and fresh and everyone got painfully full. Then had Argentine churrasco, all sorts of asian, sushi, teppan grill, never ending mariscos (shellfish) and so much more!! My professor was so excited to take us here because he loves to please.

The guys...WAY too excited about this picture with their Chino-bought canes and cigars, haha
The restaurant we walked to
Everyone eating and saying goodbye to our Spanish professors...and getting WAY too full!
The next morning, we had our "graduation" from University of Valladolid. It seemed a little silly, but we do have a diploma from a European Union Unviersity and maybe that will come in handy one day ;) After the ceremony, we had celebration tapas and wine and hung out in the courtyard with our professors.
Later, we went home for a siesta and packing, and then out on our last night in Valladolid with everyone!
Most everyone had a bus to catch at 4am to get to the airport in time...it was so weird having almost all of them be gone! I've spent every single day, almost all day with these people. It's crazy how fast they became like family.
In the morning, Drew, Tyler, Thomas and I caught the bus together to Madrid and made a stop at my dad's friend's house to drop of my luggage. After a battle with the metro system and some Spanish flavored Domino's, it was time for Tyler and Thomas to head on their way home.
And then there were two...
